A blog & podcast by Brandon & Monica Worobi

High Functioning Chaos.

Mostly fine. Occasionally feral.

Who We Are

We're Not Experts.
We're Just Honest.

We're Monica and Brandon — a married AuDHD couple stumbling, laughing, and occasionally thriving our way through life. We look functional on the outside. Inside is a different story.

This is not a wellness brand. There's no healing journey here, no six-step framework, no toxic positivity. Just two people telling the truth about marriage, parenting, trauma, neurodivergence, and surviving the day — with humor, honesty, and too much caffeine.

Pull up a chair. You're probably one of us.

Brandon

The logical one. Allegedly.

Army combat veteran. AuDHD. Background in law enforcement, IT, operations, and logistics. Systems thinker. Dry humor. Will explain something three different ways until it makes sense, then get annoyed that it took three ways.

Monica

The warm one. Also the blunt one.

AuDHD. Emotionally honest in a way that makes people uncomfortable and relieved at the same time. The kind of person who will hold space for you and call you on your stuff in the same breath.

The Content

Two Formats.
Same Truth.

Some things land better written. Others need to be heard out loud. We do both.
